Property taxes for 2025 were due on December 31, 2025. If your taxes remain unpaid, penalties and interest continue to accrue each month. The 2026 Property Tax Sale is scheduled for September 29, 2026. If your property taxes are delinquent, we encourage you to contact the Finance Department as soon as possible to discuss your account and obtain a payoff amount.

The City of Bogalusa is preparing for our Back-to-School Block Party on July 18, and we need our community’s support!

We are inviting local businesses, churches, nonprofits, civic groups, and organizations to join us as we help students start the school year prepared and confident.

Set up a table, share information about your organization, distribute school supplies, provide resources, or simply come out and show our children that their community supports them.

It takes all of us working together to invest in the next generation. Every backpack, notebook, pencil, and encouraging word can make a lasting impact on a child.

The City of Bogalusa is accepting SEALED bids for fuel. Bids will be accepted electronically via CentralBidding.com, or in-person at City Hall, located at 202 Arkansas Avenue, Bogalusa, LA 70427. Bids are due on December 6, 2024, at 10:00AM, and will be immediately opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time frame will not be opened or recognized.
